All flats are owned by Derek Pennycook and Suzanne Bailey,
who both live in Dumfries town centre. We are registered
landlords with Dumfries and Galloway Council and seek to
provide great flats and houses for rent in Dumfries.
All our flats :-
- have landlords building Insurance
- have all the required gas gafety checks
- have all the required electrical safety checks
- comply to all fire regulations
- are registered with Dumfries and Galloway council
- have up to date energy performance certificates
Background
Our decision to provide great flats for rent in Dumfries
is following the many conversations we have had with people
who have had to try to find decent rental accommodation in
Dumfries town centre.
Often they would tell us of spending hours searching through
local papers and websites with minimal information - often
no photograpghs - to then take time off work to look at
poorly maintained and overpriced flats and houses.
In December 2007 we purchased our first flat and received
an overwhelming response confirming that people were looking
for a better standard of accommodation in Dumfries. Unlike
larger cities Dumfries does not have an abundance of empty
buy to lets.
